Triggers cause emotional or psychological reactions or can be linked to traumatic events.

Sometimes you can predict when they come or will surface unexpectedly. Mine cause 

my pulse to go up.  I sometimes start sweating and my anxiety gets worse. I can also feel 

like I am in a panic.






 Imagery like this can be very relaxing.
 Taking deep breaths.  Saying positive mantra's for example(this will go away, it's just a negative thought.)
After 30 years I still have triggers, but they are less intense.  I know now how to handle them.  I can accept and identity where they are coming from.
